Cedar Hill, Texas—Dr. Mary Ann Brown, Minister of the Gospel, 73, entered into rest on Friday, November 9, 2012 in Augusta, Georgia.

Visitation will be 6-8:00 PM Thursday November 15, 2012. Funeral services will be at 12:00 PM Friday November 16, 2012, both at Laurel Land Memorial Chapel.

Dr. Brown was a native of Houston, Texas and resided in Cedar Hill, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, Texas. She graduated and received her Doctorate, in Theology, from the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Sr. Brown was the founder and president of Mary Ann Brown Ministries. She was a National and International Conference speaker and was a member of advisory boards for numerous Churches and other organizations.
Dr. Brown was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Wilburn P "Buddy" Brown, Sr.

Survivors include, three sons, W.P. "Buster" Brown, Jr., Donald Wayne Brown, both Cedar Hill, Texas and Edward Alan Brown of Midlothian, Texas; one daughter, Nicol Leann Brown Durante (Terry) of Cedar Hill, Texas; two brothers, Larry Ehart (Jewel) of Greenville, Texas and Ralph "Little Buddy" Ehart (Karen) of Desoto, Texas; seven grandchildren; one great grandson and scores of Spiritual sons and daughters.
