Margaret "Dee" Lee 73 of Knoxville passed away Sunday. Dee was born in Albany KY and had lived in Knoxville since 1995. Dee was a member of Knoxville Christian Center and was retired as a cosmetician with es day lauder. Mrs. Lee had also worked as an actress out of the Talent Trek office in Knoxville for 4 years. She was preceded in death by her parents Ulrick and Eliza Wright Smith and a brother Shelby Smith .Dee is survived by her husband Jimmy Lee;1 son Greg Lee and wife Tammy of Knoxville;2 grandchildren Megan and Matthew Smith;2 sisters Mary Frances Herring of Marion Indiana and Sandra K. Craft of Muncie Indiana.
The family will receive friends at Highland West from 3:30 until service time at 5:30 P.M. Thursday January 10.. Funeral services will be at Highland West Funeral Home Chapel 9913 Sherrill Blvd. Knoxville TN 37932 with Dr. Barry Culberson officiating. The family will have a private burial at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice. Visit highlandmemorialparks.com to leave condolences.
