Lillie M. Hobson passed away Monday, January 14, 2013 at Florida East Hospital in Orlando, Florida. She was the youngest of seven children born to Joseph and Leola Acklin, in Conway, Arkansas. Raised in Morristown, New Jersey by her uncle Mark and aunt Francis Acklin (after the death of her parents), and later resided with her older sister Luella Anderson in St. Louis, Missouri several years prior to her first marriage.
Proceeded in death by her first husband John A. Harrold Sr., father of their four children, and then second husband, William A. Hobson who passed in 1999.
Left to mourn her passing are her beloved children, Teria (Winston) Lewis, Valerie Harrold, John (Patricia) Harrold Jr., and Angela Harrold, all of Florida; seven grandchildren: Tony (Anetra) Draine, Tiona, Talaya, Taurean, Tabra, Trevien and Jessica; nine great-grand children: Temirre, Tiana, Tiarrah, Torriah,
Tiajiah, Tony II, Christian, Trinity, and Trevies; sister-in-law Mary Acklin of Conway, Arkansas; Uncle Thomas and Minnie Spruiell, nephews Randall Jolley, Joe and Orlando Anderson; Hobson grandchildren: Edwin Hobson Jr. and Waldean Fryer of Ohio and a host of precious nieces, nephews, dear friends and caregivers...far too many to mention by name!
