Joseph M. Medeiros, 35, of Rehoboth, MA, formerly of Jamestown, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2012. He was the beloved boyfriend of Malainne Costa; and loving father of Joseph C. Medeiros. Born in South Kingstown, he was the son of Joseph N. Medeiros and Jeanne E. Kaiser both of Jamestown. Joe was an elevator constructor with IUEC, Local 39. He was a huge NY Giants fan; and loved car racing, fishing and music. Joe loved kids and enjoyed spending time with his son. He had a heart of gold and was always smiling and always there for everyone. Besides his girlfriend, son and parents, he leaves a brother, John Kaiser of Exeter; two sisters, Pamela Fish of Newport and Tracy Hesse of Coventry; and his paternal grandmother, Anna Medeiros of Jamestown. His funeral will be held Monday, November 5, 2012 at 8:45am from the FAGAN-QUINN Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am in St. Mark Church, 60 Narragansett Avenue, Jamestown. Burial will be in St. Mark Cemetery. Visiting hours Sunday 4-8pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to St. Mark Church or the Galilee Mission, 268 Kingstown Road, Narragansett, RI 02882 will be appreciated.
