He often greeted others with his jovial phrase, "Hello, my friend!", and strangers soon became his friend. Talking on the phone to as many friends as possible was a daily goal for Joe and he enjoyed every moment he spent with his friends and family. Joe's lifetime of hard work, dedication and loyalty serves as an inspiration to his family and he is greatly missed.
