DONALDSON – Mr. John M. Donaldson, aged 53 of Grand Rapids, passed away Monday, February 25, 2013. He was preceded in death by his father, Gordon. Surviving are his wife, Charlene "Nina"; children, David D. Donaldson, John G. Donaldson, Joe (Jamie) Dickson, Tomi Dickson, Rebecca (Andy) VanLear, Chad (Melissa) Dickson; grandchildren, Chad Jr., Chase, Cameron, Davonne, Shakira, Ashley, Roberto, Maylena, Brianna, Christopher, Cameron, Josalyn, Joey, Dylan, Sophia Ann; great grandchildren, Davonne Jr., Eddie, Gabby, Ninaleah; mother, Evelyn Donaldson; brothers, Dan (Patty) Donaldson, Mike (Terri) Donaldson; sisters, Bonnie Donaldson, Betty Donaldson; special family friends, Tanya Arziola, Courtney Dillon.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, March 2 at the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave. The family will greet relatives and friends one hour prior to the service. Interment Garfield Park Cemetery.

Memorial contributions will be collected to purchase a marker for the cemetery – please make checks to Stegenga Funeral Chapel.
