Jason was born on August 30, 1966 and passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2013.

Jason was a resident of Dadeville, Alabama at the time of his passing.

Memorial services will be at First Baptist Church of Dadeville, Monday, January 28, 2013, at 3 PM. Rev. Gary Wiggins will officiate. Interment will be Saturday, February 2, 2013, at 1 PM at Ray Cemetery in Sparta, TN. Rev. Robbie Crisp will officiate.
