Herbert Foreman, 91, of Nederland, Texas died Thursday, February 21, 2013 at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur, Texas. Herbert was born November 1, 1921 in Indian Bayou, Louisiana to Hilliard Foreman and Effie Spell Foreman. He was a resident of Nederland, Texas and a member of First United Methodist Church in Nederland. He retired from Texaco with 34 years of service and was a WWII US Army Veteran. Herbert served as Past Master of Nederland Masonic Lodge # 1368 and Past Worthy Patron of Order of Eastern Star # 1079. He was also a member of El Mina Shrine, Mid-Jeff Shrine Club, and a Scottish Rite Mason Endowed Member, York Rite Mason, Commandry, Cashan Grotto, American Legion # 493 and currently D.D.G.M for Masonic District 26A. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Port Neches with Reverend Malcolm Monroe officiating and Reverend Charles Peterson assisting. Military gravesite rites to follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, February 25, 2013 at the funeral home. Surviving relatives include his wife, Myrtle Foreman of Nederland, Texas; daughter, Judy Mason and husband Richard of San Antonio, Texas; sons, Roger Foreman and wife Debbie of Nederland, Texas; Keith Burrell and wife Susan of Beaumont, Texas; Kenneth Burrell and wife Tena of Grapevine, Texas; grandchildren, Melissa Foreman, Jared Foreman, Caylan Daughrity and wife Crystal, Rylan Daughrity and Dawn, Brelan Daughrity and wife Regina, Christi Mason, Tonya Wilbanks and husband Ryan, Rick Mason, Chloe Burrell, and Chase Burrell; 6 great grandchildren.
