Eulalia "Lala" C. Seal, 83, Kokomo, passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 4:45 PM at Community Howard Regional Health System. She was born on September 10, 1929 in Youngsville, New Mexico to the late Ramon and Odelia (Valesquez) Chacon. On November 13, 1954, she married Herman E. "Ed" Seal, who he preceded her in death on November 26, 1998.

Lala was an employee of General Motors for 20 years, retiring in 1993. She worked a few other jobs throughout her life, but none were more important than being a wife, mother and grandmother. She belonged to the U.A.W. 292, and the ladies auxiliary at the Eagles. She loved bowling, playing slots at the casinos, and rarely missed her grandchildren and great grandchildren's ballgames. She was also an avid Colts fan.

Lala is survived by her children, Deborah J. Seal, Annette Keating, Janice L. (Dale) Hart, Tresa K. (fiancé, Bruce Gruendler) Seal, Roger K. (Karen) Seal and Penny Dick; her grandchildren, Rusty (fiancé April Welsh) Pine, Amber (Tom) Cook, Danny M. (Kim) Keating Jr., Crystal L. Keating, Heather Hart Whitacre, Paul (Bethany) Hart, Chris Hart, Angela M. Dorsey, Eric S. (Meghan) Seal, Jason M. (Alicia) Seal, Kristen E. Seal, Jennifer L. Seal, Kimberly N. Seal, Tina (Doug) White, Anastasia (Rolland) Joyner and Dawn Dick. Other survivors include 23 great grandchildren; sisters, Marbella Riley, Belen (Dee) Colvin and Connie (Allen) Martinez, and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Lala was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ed; daughters, Kimberly Sue Seal, who passed away in 1970 and Ruth Hayes, along with a sister, Dorothy Cohn; sister-in-law, Zelma Stutzman, brother-in-law, John Stutzman, and brother-in-law, Bernard Riley.

There will be a funeral service for Lala at Ellers Mortuary Webster Street Chapel, 3400 South Webster Street, Kokomo, on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Stacey Swinson officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. All of Lala's friends and family are welcome to join together for a time of visitation on Sunday, January 13, from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. also at the mortuary, with a Rosary service at 5:30 P.M.

The family would like to thank all of her doctors, Internal Medicine Physicians, and the staff on the second floor of Community Howard Regional Health System, who cared for her.
