DUNSTAN L. HAETTENSCHWILLER "Dr. Hat" age 84, beloved husband of Patricia and the late A. Evelyn (nee Davis), Dear father of David L. (Nieves), Stephen H. (Suzan), Thomas M. (Philomene), Patricia G. Eastin (Terry), Paul J. (Mary Ellen "Mer"), Mark A. and the late Vivian M.; Grandfather of 12; great grandfather of 4; Brother of Alphonse Alexander Haettenschwiller; Born in New Jersey and raised in Switzerland and England. US Army veteran in Europe and Korea; Graduate of Plattsburgh State Teachers College and later earned a doctorate at SUNY at Buffalo. Worked in education as a teacher and counselor and later was a civilian career counselor for the US Army. He also was avid racquetball player. Passed away, Thursday, December 27, 2012. Funeral Mass, St. Luke Church (Clifton Blvd. and Bunts Rd. Lakewood, Ohio) Saturday, December 29th at 10:00 am. Private Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends may call at the McGORRAY-HANNA FUNERAL HOME OF LAKEWOOD, 14133 Detroit Ave., SATURDAY morning from 9:00 – 9:30 am. Memorials can be made to St. Luke Church.
