David C. Graham, age 74, of Russellville, died Thursday, January 24, 2013, at the Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home. He was born December 29, 1938 at Squirrel Hill, Arkansas, to Willie Eugene and Ellen Elizabeth Graham. David was Human Services Director at the Department of Human Services for 36 years and an active member of First Baptist Church of Russellville for 52 years, serving as a Deacon and a choir member. He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, W.A. Graham and Everette Graham.
Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Cecelia Graham; a daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly and Bruce Conley; a sister and brother-in-law, Mildred and Jim Lambright; grandchildren, Jonathan Welk and wife Kristen, Rebekah Standfield and husband Nathan, Christopher Welk and Emily Welk; and three great-grandchildren, Brylee Standfield, Graham Standfield and Mason Welk.
The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 26, 2013, at the First Baptist Church of Russellville, officiated by the Rev. Greg Sykes and the Rev. Stephen Davis. Burial will be private in Rest Haven Memorial Park by Shinn Funeral Service.
Active pallbearers will be Jimmy Philpott, Johnny Graham, Steve Morrison, Danny Lyons, Joe Jacimore, Lanny Duncan, Jeff Carpenter and Randy McKelvey. Honorary pallbearers will be Hank Jacobs' Sunday school class, Conrad Woodward, Gerald Thurber, BJ Dunn and Tommy Casner.

The family will receive friends on Friday evening, from 5 to 6, at the funeral home.
