Charles E. Gustafson, age 80, of Madison, Ohio passed away
Wednesday, February 27, 2013 at David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland.

Chuck served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and was an Insurance Agent for State Farm for 32 years.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Lou of Madison; 4 Children; 4 Step-Children,
14 Grandchildren and 2-Great Grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 am., on Monday, March 4, 2013 at Fairview Cemetery, Madison, Ohio.
