John was born on March 14, 1965 and passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018.

John was a resident of Willowick, Ohio at the time of passing.

Family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 38001 Euclid Ave., Willoughby, with a prayer service to be conducted at 7:30 p.m. Burial will be private.
