Jason Schwallenberg

Jason "Schwalli" William Schwallenberg, 34, a lifelong resident of Annapolis area, died January 2 in Annapolis.
Born November 23, 1978 in Annapolis, Schwalli attended St. Mary's Elementary and graduated from Calvert Hall College in 1996. He was employed at The Harbour School from 2005 to 2013. He was a Who's Who Among American High School Students in 1994. He was editor, writer and publisher of "Area 54". Schwalli enjoyed music, reading, soccer, and cooking and was a Bassist in the band MakeWay.
He is survived by his wife, Shannon Schwallenberg, whom he married October 10, 2008; two daughters, Isabella Rose and Lillian Hope, both of Annapolis; sisters, Ann Marie Nau of Myersville, Frederick and Sarah Alyson Viands of Lothian; parents, James and Margaret Schwallenberg of Annapolis; two brothers-in-law David Nau and Jay Albert Viands; five nephews and nieces, Katie, Ryan, Sophie, Joseph and Nikolas; father-in-law Frank and his wife Glenda; and mother-in-law Debbie and her husband Norman
A visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. And 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, January 7 at the John M. Taylor Funeral Home Inc., 147 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, January 8 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 109 Duke of Gloucester Street, Annapolis. (There will be no parking at the Church, parking will be available at Taylor Funeral Home.) Interment private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made for his daughters' college education to the "Isabella Rose Young Savers Account" and the "Lillian Hope Young Savers Account", BB&T Bank, 91 Main Street, Annapolis, MD 21401
