"Buddy it's been two weeks since the Lord took you Home and I miss you more everyday. Dusty said it will hurt a long time but it gets easier to face as time goes on -- I sure hope so. I just do not know what I will do without you. When Alice was going through your papers the other day she found a letter I wrote you when you were stationed in Alaska and as I told you in the letter "I need you" to be safe -- You are safe and happy now but I still need you. You will always be in my heart -- I'll always LOVE YOU."
