I worked with Brad only for a few months it was more than enough time to know that Brad was a stand up guy. A good man and a good father.
I will miss Brad his sense of humor and his positive impact he had on others.

"Brad, you were truly a one-of-a-kind guy and you will be forever missed. I have countless memories and stories of you and the times we have all spent together will never be forgotten. You were taken away from all of us too soon, but now you are an angel watching over all of your loved ones. The number of people who came to pay their respects was amazing and really showed just what type of person you were, the type of person your parents have been so proud of. Brittney was so incredibly lucky to have found you, for as short of a time as it was, and she, Ava, and your unborn baby will be in good hands. Things will never be the same without you. We love you forever and always!!"

"I have so much I want to say and don't know how to. Brad was a person I got to know through work. The more I knew him, the more I appreciated the person he was. I Am truly gratefull that I knew him for just a short time. Brad was much wiser then his age and had a great resonsibilty then I can ever remeber. Such a great sense of humor!!! He will be missed and I will count him as I one my friends for life. My heart is with the Ballman family and GOD speed for my friend BRAD..."

"Dale, Patti and family,
Dianne and I have been praying for all of you especially Brad's wife and daughter.Sorry that we couldn't make it to the wake or the funeral. Dale and Patti, it's been 13 years since we went through what you are going through and please know that if you ever want to talk or anything, please don't hesitate to call. Our faith tells us that you will see him again and it will be better than we can ever imagine. The big problem is that we have to let them go and, as you are experiencing, is a tremendous heartache. Our hearts go out to you.
With love and prayers,
Neal and Dianne"
