"I REMEMBER THE LOOK ON POP'S FACE THE DAY WE SURPRISED HIM AT THE DINER WHEN I CAME TO VISIT AND WE DIDN'T TELL POP'S OR MOM. SMILEY TOLD ME DAD HAD JUST ASKED ABOUT ME THAT DAY. THE LOOK ON HIS FACE WAS PRICELESS. THE NEXT MORNING AT 5:30AM I LOOK OUT THE WINDOW AND POPS IS SITTING AT THE PICNIC TABLE OUTSIDE. I GO OUT THERE AND ASK HEY POPS WHAT YA DOING. HE SAID WAITING ON YOU HONEY. LET'S GO GET SOME BREAKFAST. BACK TO THE DINER WE WENT. WE HAD A HEART TO HEART. HE TOLD ME THINGS THAT HE ASKED ME NEVER TO REPEAT BUT TO REMEMBER. I MADE HIM SOME PROMISES THAT I WILL ALWAYS KEEP. WE TOLD EACH OTHER HOW MUCH WE LOVED EACH OTHER. THEN HE ORDERED ANOTHER BREAKFAST AND I LOOKED AT HIM STRANGE. THOUGHT HE WAS TAKING IT HOME TO MOM. BUT NOPE WE GOT TO THE VAN HE LET THE DOG OUT AND GAVE THE DOG THE BREAKFAST. IT WAS SO COOL. WE WENT BACK TO THE HOUSE AND I SPENT SOME MORE ONE ON ONE WITH HIM. I WAS NEVER EVER ABLE TO GET BACK UP TO SEE HIM BUT I CALLED HIM WHEN I COULD. HE WAS ALWAYS HAPPY TO HEAR MY VOICE AND I HIS. EVEN THOUGH I WON'T BE ABLE TO PICK UP THAT PHONE ANYMORE. NOW ALL I HAVE TO DO IS TALK TO HIM THROUGH GOD AND JESUS CHRIST OUR LORD AND I KNOW HE WILL HEAR ME. I WILL SEE YOU AGAIN POPS AND WE CAN TALK FOR ETERNITY. I LOVE YOU. WE ALL WILL MISS YOU BUT WE ARE A FAMILY AND WE WILL CRY, AND REMINISCE TOGETHER FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES TIL WE JOIN YOU."
"So very sorry to hear about a loss of a dear loved one. One thing that we can be sure of is that we will be able to see them again under better conditions. As the bible tells us. Again my deepest sympathy to all the family."

"Ralph was a good friend for all the years I lived in Cambridge. Great knowledge on motorcycles and life. He was always positive and could find good in most. When I moved to FL. he and Sally came to visit and even met me in Knoxville one time. As a fellow vetern "I salute you Ralph and rest in peace brother."
