Betty Lucille Foster, 78, of Minerva, OH, passed away Saturday, May 15th, 2010 at Great Trail Care Center following a long illness. Betty was born in Oakhill, WV on January 13, 1932, the daughter of the late Roy and Goldie (Taylor) Brooks. She was a member of the Assembly of God and spent her time as a mother and homemaker.
