Paul Richard Bortz, 80, of Malvern, passed away Friday, April 30th, 2010 at Alliance Community Hospital, following a long illness. Paul was born in Canton, OH on February 5, 1930, the son of the late Clarence H. and Mae M. C. (Loehr) Bortz.
