Fortuna Funeral Home is a family owned and operated funeral home serving families in the greater Cleveland area. Joseph and Virginia Fortuna established the Fortuna Funeral Home in April of 1958, and opened the doors to their business at 5316 Fleet Avenue, in Cleveland’s Slavic Village. Through many years of dedication, commitment, and hard work they touched countless lives.

To this day the business remains family owned and operated . John Fortuna, Mary Ann Fortuna-Trzaska, James Trzaska and Joseph A. Fortuna carry on the vision of founder Joseph L. Fortuna to provide care for community members with sincerity, dignity, and compassion in their greatest time of need.

Because of the hard work and dedication over the first 50 years in operation Fortuna Funeral Home proudly opened the doors to a new state-of-the-art facility in Independence, Ohio in 2007. The original facility in the heart of Cleveland's historic Slavic Village is still open and operating.
