I will remember Frank for his huge smile he always seemed to have. I will also remember going with him and my dad on their hunting trips to Nelsonville, him giving my dad his homemade wine. Dad got so sick. The stories he and my dad could tell. Fun times.

My deepest sympathies to the Adkins family. Frank was a good friend especially when a friend was needed. He had a generous heart and was such a story teller. What a loss for this world.
