I used to work for Shawn as a loan officer and he was more than my boss, he was a great friend and a mentor. Always smiling and there to help out in any way he could. Thanks for all the great memories.

My deepest sympathies to Shawn's family in your loss. Shawn coached my son Mark Curtis in goal tending at Inwood Soccer Center in the late 80's and early 90's. Shawn was such a thoughtful young man, and I always appreciated the model he set for my son. My prayers are with you all.

RIP Shawn. It was a pleasure to know you as a teammate, as a fellow goalkeeper and as a fan of the Sidekicks. No matter whether on the field, in the office at Inwood or just giving a friendly wave up to the stands in Reunion, you always left me with a smile on my face. The entire soccer community will truly miss you as a great friend.
