Elizabeth Ann Van Noy Watson

I will always remember Aunt Elizabeth as a person who always gave us a hug and a kiss every time we were in her presence. She could tell us the best stories of the family and their time growing up together. She always made me laugh because of her great sense of humor. I will cherish her memory forever. She will be missed greatly but I am sure that she knew how much we all loved her. Rest in peace, sweet aunt, and tell all of the other family members in heaven for us that we will see you all again! When I was about 8 or 9 Lib would be playing the piano and singing, she ask if I would sing with her. I would say yes. She would hit a note and say this is your alto note. As time went on I did pretty well singing with her. When I was in junior high school I was a good singer. The students voted me as class president for two years. I am bless to have a sister like her, I also remember when we lived in Arkansas she and would walk to a ladies farm where Ed worked for her,it was about 2 miles there and back. WE would walk as fast as we could, Lib was a good walker I love her very much.

Aunt Lib was a model active career woman for me when I was young. She was a gracious hostess when I went to visit her in her home.
Before we had personal computers in the 1980s, Aunt Lib typed a college French paper that I had written because she was so skilled on that IBM Selectric!
Thank you, Aunt Lib, for everything.
