Memories & Candles
Hello, I remember Catherine and her father, they lived next to my Grandmother Dollie Collett, Aunt Ollie and Uncle Ralph Lunsford on Ward Ave. My family would visit from Weston, then later Nevada. Mr Sheets would sometimes give me short rides in his mail truck. I remember Catherine sticking her head out the front door to speak with us. I also videotaped both Catherine and Paul while reminiscing with my father, Howard Collett, in their home. Once it is edited I will make copies for your families.

Joyce,Janet,Uncle Paul and families,I was so saddened to hear of Aunt Cathy's passing.Since momma died, she was like a second mother to me,so kind, gentle and caring. I loved our talks, and her gentle spirit and love of the Lord.I know Heaven rejoices today as she is now with the Lord and reunited with her loved ones. I wish I could be there in person, but I want you all to know that my thoughts, prayers and memories are with you all.She was truly a beautiful lady, both inside and out. Love,Christy

Paul, Joyce & Janet,
Special memories are of growing up on S.Henry Ave with your wonderful family as neighbors.
Catherine was truly a "lady" in every sense of the word. I always felt like I had a friend in the office at EHS. My special memory is of graduation. Catherine knew I was quite short, so she held back a graduation gown especially for me -- since I was in the W's and would be one of the last to get my "lovely gray gown". Thank You, Catherine. Love and prayers to the family.

Please know that you are in my prayers for God's comfort and peace at this sad time. Mrs. Mullins was a wonderful person and she was like a beautiful flower always gracious and most helpful in the office at EHS when I was a student there.
