Melpa was always cheerful and enthusiastic and had a positive outlook on life despite her illnesses. The last time I talked with her was when she called in spring 2012 to tell me that her daughter was engaged - she was so happy and proud! She brought the Greek heritage into our family of Hungarians and I always loved it as Greece has always been a favorite destination of mine, having been there twice. Her love for her family and
