Quitmer was truly one of the kindest, and careing man I ever known. He meant so much to all the Police in Pacolet. When you where out there on shift and near Quitmer's house you could alway count on having a cold cold Cococola and some peanuts and great fellow to talk to. I considered him one of my best friend. It was a privilege and a Honer to have known him and called him my friend. He will be truly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, Maxine, Chris, Scott, and everyone Quitmer will surely be missed.
