Christmas day will never be the same. Mike always volunteered for the Meals on Wheel Christmas dinner. His bright smile and enthusiasm was never failing. After the volunteers had left he would help clean up and join us for our Christmas dinner at the Monument Café. He always kept us laughing. Mike truly touched all those that he came in contact with...We will miss you.

I am saddened to hear of Michael's passing. We haven't spoken in a long time. Distance sometimes does that to people. He was a great friend and mentor and the memories of our times volunteering together in Town of Newburgh Volunteer Ambulance Corp. will live forever with me. He was the kindest person

I just wanted to join Mike's other IBM friends and say that Mike was always so cheerful, helpful and a joy to work with or talk to. He always came to my rescue whenever I had IT problems. It was a noticable loss to IBM when he left. I would see Mike at Express games and when he voluntered at the Outlaw Trail bike rides. My condolences to his family, Mike was a very generous and considerate man. I know anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Mike will miss him.

Mike, you choose to die while i am far away in Nigeria for my holiday. I spoke with you on the 25th of December, 2012 and we shared our normal jokes little did i know that would be the last joke. You were full of life. You were my friend and parishioner at Santa Rosa. Mike, your death has robbed me of a true friend who always told me the truth.May your goodness lead you to Christ whom you served so well. You will always be my friend. Rest in peace.

Mike was a special man and the world will miss his kind, generous spirit. I know heaven has another Angel. May the good Lord bless and keep his family.

I will miss my friend very much. I have known Mike for 13 years now. I met him when he was working as support desk at IBM in building 45. The last week he worked at IBM he worked in my office with me before he retired from IBM. We stayed in touch after that. Mike is one of a kind and will be very missed.

I truly treasure the years that Mike and I were able to spend together on this earth. Although his passing is hard to accept and understand, I find comfort in knowing that I will have his spirit to welcome me into heaven when it is my time.
I will think of you often but especially every time I am at an Express game where we first met. Or when I hear an EMS call come in.

Mike was one of the friendliest, most outgoing and energetic people I have met. He was always honest and upfront with people. Plus, he was always willing to lend a hand with all things to which he was committed. I will miss running into Mike around Georgetown. I know God will welcome Mike into his Kingdom.
