Today I was able to see what a great life Bob Wendling had. Reading these tributes and hearing all the fun stories about him today makes me realize just how missed he will be. He put his family before anything else and made their passions his own. My condolences to the Wendling family. I am just one lucky person out of many to have known him and I will miss him.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Bob's family. Bob and I worked together at the Indpls branch for several years. He was talented and very respected in our industry. God bless him.

I met Bob through work and my parents. Our families enjoyed a vacations together, lots of good memories,boating, fishing and lots of laughs. My best to the entire family and I sure miss Bob. Josh

I never realized how big a part of my life, especially my childhood, that my uncle was. Many many wonderful memories of vacations and weekends with all of us together.
But the memory that sticks out the most is, as a young aspiring guitarist, my uncle turned me on to a whole bunch of cool music.

The man introduced me to the music of Jimi Hendrix
