Our hearts go out to the family of a Hero. Art will be missed by us all. I wish I would have know him longer. I will never forget hism visiting me in the VA Hospital when he was the one there for care himself. A man with a huge heart. God Bless you Art and a huge salute to you as well. I worked with Art for many years, I will miss his smile. Art had a way to make you laugh, even when the stress of the job got to most of us.

A sad loss of a great man. Heaven got another angel the night you left this world. I am thankful I was able to be a part of your family.

I looked at my yearbook this morning and remembered the good times Art and I had at Lapeer High School. He was a kind and gentle soul even then. A true gentleman. Since I returned to the area several years ago, my wife and I were able to get together socially with Art and his wife, Vicki. He was still the gentleman that I remembered in high school. Our condolences to Vicki and the Agnew family. He will be sorely missed. Cal and Pam Mott

YOUR LAUGHTER WARMED SOME DARKER DAYS UNTIL YOU SLIPPED AWAY. IT’S COLD WHEN YOU’RE GONE, BUT WARM WHEN I THINK OF YOU. REMEMBERING ALL OF US TOGETHER IS LIKE HAVING A BUILT-IN FIREPLACE IN MY HEART, IT NEVER GOES OUT, YOU’RE ALWAYS HERE TO KEEP ME FROM MISSING YOU. AND TONIGHT, I’LL HOLD YOUR THOUGHTS BY THE FIRE, WARM, AND ALWAYS LOVE YOU……..MY FRIEND.
