Everyone in my family love Mr. Gibby. It was such a blessing to visit with him just before Thanksgiving and watch him enjoy his Thanksgiving cheesecake from a loving friend. He was as happy as a child on Christmas morning! I also loved how his eyes would twinkle when he delighted a child with a gift. I think it would be impossible to tell who enjoyed it more. Life will not be the same without getting a kiss on the cheek from Mr. Gibby. God us all with memories of his love.

I first met Gibby when I was just a kid. I loved him right away. He was an amazing man and a wonderful stepfather to my dear friend, Cathy Cay. See you later, Gibby!

To the greatest man, who loved me so much, as I him. Thank you for teaching me to cook authentic Italian food. My specialties that I learned from you were Calamari, then Eggplant, Chicken & Veal Parmesan & that awesomest sauce. I know when I cook it again, I'll be thinking of you, as I always did. Its because of you teaching me to cook that my children ate good My children adored you. You will be with me

Ill always remember all the times my family spent with my Uncle Gibby, Aunt Bea and my cousins at their house. I can still hear the laughter and remember how much fun we all had together. My memories are still so vivid even though it was way back in the 70's. My Uncle Gibby was a wonderful man whose amazing smile could light up any room. He will be missed but never forgotten.

To my sweet, loving Poppy, I miss you and love you with all my heart! Even though you are no longer here with us on earth I can rest knowing you are in a better place. You showed me what true love is and I hope to love as you did. You are gone but will never be forgotten. You will live on in the hearts and memories of the many people you touched. Until we meet again may you rest in peace.

Dad I just wanted to say you always treated me like a daughter more than a daughter in law. You taught me much about the love of family and much about taking life slow and not getting too serious. God surely Honored me by allowing me to be part of your life
