I am so shocked and sad to just now hear of Jim's passing. I met Jim in 1973, he helped me get out of a dead end job that I had at that time and encouraged me to enter in to the real estate and mortgage industry. We became partners and friends. Jim was always full of energy and humor, a friend that will be dearly missed and cherished forever.

We thought so highly of James and are fortunate to have met him. He and Craig are the reason we were able to save our home. We are so very sorry for the loss of such a wonderful man. Our prayers go out to his family.

I only knew you briefly, but I will always remember you for how much you made me laugh. Craig will recall Mr. Bechlers' faux pas during a meeting we had that was priceless. My sincere condolences to your family and friends. God rest your soul. Enjoy heaven with your daughter.

I am so sorry to hear about this terrible loss. Jim gave me my first job out of law school. He gave me a chance to start my legal career when no one else would take a shot on someone just out of law school. He was a great guy. Always full of laughs and entertainment. He will be missed. Thinking of your family at this time.
