Memories & Candles
I was so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. We rode the Joplin school bus together for many years and we both had the distinction of coming from large families and having some of our brothers and sisters graduate together. I remember Bill for the quiet person he was and for his intelligence. I never remember him ever being unkind to anyone and one would remember that riding a school bus together! Bill's picture looks so much like his Dad

I wil always remember Bill and his hearty laugh and genuine smile. I had so much fun out at the camp and fishing off the dock. I always got a big hug from him when we'd see each other at an event. I'm going to miss you Bill. I know his spirit will look down upon the family and heal their hearts. He's going to be missed by many.

When you are sorrowful look again in your heart, and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight.
--Kahlil Gibran
Bill was your delight. You, and so many of his friends, family, and co-workers will be missing him as well. He brought joy to many people, and especially to you, his daughters, and his grandchildren.

We join with many others who knew Bill, in offering our deepest sympathy. They say the measure of a life well-lived is through the lives they touched & the sorrow they leave behind. May the sorrow you feel in your heart lighten by the love that surrounds you and find peace & comfort in knowing that his loss is felt by all who knew & loved him.
